Zero page views on items - including promoted listings

Extremely frustrating as a business owner with my eBay store as my only source of income that my quality listings have less than 10 views in a 30 day cycle. Promoted listings do not average any better. Some get no views. How can I sell my items?

Buyer outside of US gets message that seller cannot accept payment

How do I resolve this? I'm the seller and the buyer sent me a screen shot of the error message that said I was unable to accept payments. I have not had any problems before.
