Why would a USPS-based service not ship to a PO box?  That's nonsense.

eBay does allow shipping to a P.O. Box. When you ship just make sure that you use USPS as the carrier. Some other carriers might not ship to a P.O. box.

I have shipped litterely hundreds of ESE envelopes, dozens to PO boxes, never had a problem. I would check your settings and not just believe the chatbot.

CORRECTION - the rep from ebay was wrong. YOU ARE able to mail to P.O Boxes. I've been able to do it a few times now without issue. I wish their reps were all trained properly.

@buyselljack2016 - yup, I was given incorrect info. It's worked fine mailing to P.O Boxes. You just have to make sure that your ship-to locations do not include any countries outside the U.S. That's where you run into a problem. If your ship-to locations include international locations, you won't be able to print a label for a P.O box. I had to cancel the order, revise the listing to U.S only, send the buyer a link to the revised listing, and only then was I able to print a label to a P.O box. That what the issue I ran into, forgetting I had international shipping selected.

You have PO boxes blocked.

I've been selling for 20 years or more and sent to PO boxes many times

As long as you are shipping with the USPS you can ship to PO boxes! Any product, any size.
