Close a request

How do I close a a request case? I called e ba multiple times and they say i would win my case and it should be closed already but it’s still pending ?what should I do

Where did you get the number? If you got it from the internet it's fake.

You can't  call eBay directly. They have to call you back after you request a call through Help & Contact.  

After you file a case on the 4th day you go back to the case and ask eBay for help if you haven't  been given a return label or a refund.

If you close the case you won't  get a refund.

BTW, it is eBay not e ba.
