I have a problem processing payment on Ebay. I tried PayPal, and three different credit cards, all used recently without a problem. I also tried paying with PayPal using 3 different cards. I tried removing and re-adding cards both to my Ebay and PayPal account. I checked expiration dates on all my cards. I checked addresses on all my cards. I checked balance on all my cards. Everything is fine. Ebay support page says I should contact PayPal about this issue. I also cleared my browser cache. I tried paying a family member directly from my PayPal account, and it worked. Seems like only the Ebay payment is stuck. I contacted the seller and explained the issue, but I would like to have it resolved as soon as possible. The seller is in Germany, and I live in Slovenia. He ships to Slovenia. Everything is as it should be, but still, I get the message "Your payment didn't go through. Please select a different payment option and try again." and there is a "Review PayPal account" message under the "Confirm and pay" button.

First, confirm that your correct PayPal email address is linked to your eBay account in your Account > PayPal Account. Also, disable any pop-up or ad blockers in your browser. Or, try another browser.
Otherwise, try asking your seller to send you an invoice and see if you can pay from that. Also, you can try going to the actual listing page, and click on Pay Now from there.
If nothing else works I guess you can try contracting customer service on the eBay site you used for the purchase.

Tried all that. Tried three different browsers AND the Ebay app on my phone.
I contacted the seller right away and asked for a direct PayPal invoice, and his response was "Pease try again. eBay does not allow any action around their system."
I tried contacting the ebay.de customer service. They do not offer "call me back" option for Slovenia, and they don't have a chat option like ebay.com.
I am now waiting for ebay.com to start their business hours.
All this is pretty frustrating 😕

Because these are U.S. boards, it's hard for us to say what PayPal problems might exist between Slovenia and Germany, if any. Good luck.

Wrong66, it shouldn't matter, I can complete the purchase from any ebay domain. Anyway, I managed to contact Ebay customer support and they wrote an IT ticket. It should be sorted out within 24 hours.

I just had the same problem - tried two different credit cards. Neither of them went through. I wasn't using PayPal - just trying to charge a purchase. It is definitely an Ebay issue - not Paypal or my bank. I'm waiting for someone to call me back right now.
