Please tell me how  the new managed payment system is more streamlined?

With PayPal, I had funds immediately.

With managed payments eBay pays me to my bank account in 1-4 days.

 Waiting 1-3 days longer is streamlined?

It saves a step of transferring money to your bank account which 1 to 3 days unless you wanted to pay 1.00% fee to PayPal. You can’t pay your mortgage, car payment, health insurance premiums with PayPal.

Well manged payments is not PayPal.

I see you have found this out.

What it is for: is eBay to make the money PayPal use to make of course.

eBay likes money...

And yes we are stuck with it.

I can and still do make money using MP,  that is the bottom line.

Waiting a few days is faster than the 2 weeks most Americans have wait for their paychecks.

Money goes from the buyer right into your checking account where you can buy lavish things like electricity and food. 

"Streamlined",  by definition- is simply 'less steps'. Says nothing about the expediency.

Any online platform these days, make you wait. Some a few days, some a few weeks. If you need cash in hand, sell it locally. But I'm sure you already know, it's not going to be for the most money. 

People that can't manage their money, will be plagued with financial problems. Treat the disease by being educated financially. Learn how to manage your money and stop living hand to mouth, or be doomed to the side effects that come with that life choice. 

That being said, I take weekly payouts, and my money is in the bank every week, on time. No issues so far with managed payment, though I've heard a few have had some issues.
