Available Funds not being transfered

I haven't been paid by EBAY since the 14th of last month. I have available funds and there are no holds? I have called nearly everyday and asked why the funds are not being transferred. I get a different story everytime. I have deleted bank account then added it along with micro deposits. Now they tell me its a glitch...**bleep**! I find it strange that they cant transfer my funds but they dont waste a second to deduct there fees! Anyone having the same type of issue?

You are talking about two completely separate functions.  The computer is programmed to deduct the fees at the time the buyer submits payment.  The actual processing of the buyer's payment is a completely separate function and has nothing to do with the first one.  So they aren't connected.  However your problem is a curious one to be sure.  

Have you checked the Technical board to see if there are other complaints similar to yours.
