I received a notice from Ebay telling me they cancelled and order I had already sent out and gotten paid for ? What am I suppose to do ?

I am a seller on EBAY and I average about 250 items a month. My question is it appears that since opening a store my sales have gone down? Should I close the store and sell the way I used to?

I do not sell outside the U.S . yet I have had a couple buyers that have given me an address within the U.S. but there located outside the U.S.? In turn my payment gets delayed and there feedback takes forever?
