Accepting cash?

A buyer wanted to pick an item up that is lightweight and pay in cash. I haven't gotten back to him yet. Is it allowable to change the listing to local pick up only then? How would the buyer be able to complete checkout? And does eBay allow cash for pick ups? What should I do?

You would have to relist with pick up only. The buyer would be sent a QR code in his confirmation message after he pays. You would then scan that code when he picks it up. Ebay allows cash payments for pick up items, and your account will be billed for the fvf' fees.
