I'am buy a e-book at yesterday, but my bank account low balance because i couldn't pay for it. And today ebay send me a message to complete a purchase and,
-Pay today to avoid an Unpaid Item Case against you,
-Sellers are more likely to give positive feedback if you pay right away ,

so my question is, That can be happen?

                                     And, what can i do for fix this problem?
