Looking at your active listings not all are qualified for trs+
Most all categories require same or one day handling and free returns
The trs+ discount does apply to the total sellers fee charged with managed payments.
You can see what discounts you have received by going to payments >

Some of his listings are in categories where you can still get the FVF credit, though not the TR-Plus badge, when you set up returns with "Buyer pays for return shipping."

To qualify for the TRS+ discount, a listing must have free 30 day return period (with money back option) and offer 1 days or less handling time.
If you read somewhere that all Managed Payments listings receive the TRS+ discount, that information was incorrect.

The page that you linked to is a basic summary announcement overview. If you look at the details ("full list of circumstances") on the Help page that I linked to, you will see a list of categories that are an exemption: For instance, you can get the FVF credit (but not the TR-Plus badge) when you have 'Buyer pays returns" in the Motors > Parts category.

The TRS discount shows up once a month on your invoice, at least with Paypal it always has. I don't see why they'd change it with MP.

@southern*sweet*tea With MP the TRS+ discount is applied before they remove the fees from your payout.
