A new way to verify your bank account for managed payments

We’ve made it easier for you to register for managed payments by introducing a new method to safely verify your bank account using microdeposits.  

With this new method, eBay will make two microdeposits in unique amounts to your bank account to verify that we have the correct bank account information for you. The microdeposits will usually post to your bank account within 1-3 business days. 

To identify the microdeposits, look for 2 small microdeposits in your account transaction history. Once you receive the deposits, you may return to eBay’s registration site to enter the amounts you received. Once verified, you will receive an email confirming your account. We’ll withdraw the amount of the microdeposits from your bank account typically within 3 business days.

If the amounts you enter do not match eBay’s records, you must verify your account using an alternative verification method.

In addition to microdeposits, you may also link your account directly to your seller account using eBay’s bank log-in feature. 

We’re excited to be offering a simpler way for Sellers to verify their bank account for managed payments.

All payments have been held for the last week, and I can't get hold of anyone.  They either won't let me request a call, or they don't call when I can.  Once I got a person, and mid-way through the call it dropped, with no call back.

Verify this stuff.  I know some may seem simple, but it could be the issue.

1. Make sure you birth date is correct on your Ebay set up.
2. Your primary address can NOT be a PO box, it needs to be a physical address.
3. Your name on your Ebay account must PERFECTLY match your bank account you want to attach without the least little exception.  If you have a middle initial on one and not the other, that will be enough to cause you issues.  They must be perfectly matched.
4. Verify your routing number and account number before entering it.  Review it carefully on screen before committing it.  If you have the need to correct your routing number or your bank account number, clear the field FIRST.  Then re-enter the numbers.  Sounds unimportant, but it is something that can make the difference.
5.   Verify that your SSN, EIN or TIN is correctly entered, no dashes, just numbers.

Help...ebay owes me for every transaction I have made in January.  I have checked and rechecked everything, and still if cannot verify.  I spoken on the phone to ebay and they don't seem to give me any help except tell me to do what I keep doing over and over again.  I have contacted my bank, and they tell me there are no pending deposits yet ebay keeps trying and failing.  I am at a total loss.  Meanwhile, all of my customers are happy (100% positive feedback), ebay is happy because they too $2,000 in fees, and I get NOTHING.  I am owed over $5,200 and  have ended all of my remaining 500+ listings until this is resolved.  I just think ebay is just giving me the runaround and I am sick over it.  They are not getting another cent until I get my money.  Way to take care of a customer for 22 years.  Please help,  please.  I have taken all of the community member's suggestions to no avail.  The 2 small deposits that were said to have gone through to verify did not.  I have checked my numbers.  I need to see if ebay has checked the numbers on their end, because this must the the reason.  They had to have put the wrong info in on their end.

I received my two micro deposits.  I verified them.  The two micro deposits were removed from checking.  I thought everything was ok but still getting message saying

more bank info is needed. What the heck?

I received two micro-deposits, €0,20 and €0,70 on June 3 and tried to enter the amounts on your verification page, but received a message that you could not verify the amounts, which were apparently not registered either.

What should I do?
