You don't...It's their rules and policies for payment if you want to sell on ebay.  If you don't like these conditions of payment, you should re-think a different career choice.  Good luck.

eBay has policies on payment. If you want to get rid of those policies, you will have to sell elsewhere where the policies fit your needs. The best way is open up your own brick and mortar store and accept cash only.
