issue using ebay app

hello, I can't login with ebay app. When I use browser there is no problem. What's wrong with app? Please help to fix it. If you ask to uninstall app, update or restart phone I already did it.

Didn't you clear the data and cache of the app? I also had that issue and after clear the data and cache, my problem fixed. This may work if you lucky.
