Everytime I've been clicking into a seller's individual feedback details it comes up that there's some kind of problem. I seller could have hundreds of positive feedback within the past month but I can't click in to see what was being sold. I'm very picky when it comes to trusting sellers, and if I don't see what you've sold in the past, I'm not buying from you.

Do you get an error message or nothing shows up?
You do know that it's a policy violation to leave negative comments in buyers feedback.

If you are using the eBay app, try using a browser to check feedback instead.
Add the seller to your saved seller list or add the item to your Watch List, then open a browser and check the feedback.

So, when you click on the FB # in parentheses after a seller's name, what exactly comes up for you to view?

Seller feedback in the eBay app can be viewed and comments are visible by tapping the numbers of positives or negatives in the recent feedback table, but the further information link that should lead to the item associated with the feedback comment leads to an error page.
See this thread for an example of the error message:
Item info is still viewable using a browser when looking at seller feedback.

Nothing shows up. I know you're only kidding about that policy "against leaving negative comments in the buyers feedback".

When kensgift shop stated that there is a policy against leaving negatives for buyers, HE WAS NOT KIDDING.
This policy has been in effect for probably 10 yrs or more.
When a buyer's positive FB reads as negative, that buyer can, and should, report it to eBay. The wording will be removed, the positive green dot will remain and that seller will receive a "defect". eBay does not seem to publish how many defects a seller can get before he gets suspended, but I wouldn't be risking it by leaving negs for buyers.
