iPhone App not working

EBay is not working on iPhone App currently - have latest update but pages will not load  - I can access it online

Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

Turn your iPhone complete off...'slide to power off'....right side of phone...and then turn it back on. And then see what happens or if you need to change the eBay app.

eBay app. by the way takes up more energy power than any other app. on your phone.

And click into settings: eBay...is everything turned on?

Yes this worked thank you - I did hav ethe latest IOS and eBay App but your solution worked
