iOS App

Please read your reviews!!! People, more specifically sellers, hate your app. We are living in an age when sellers most need ebay to work on the go, customers expect immediate help and questions to their answers; YOU ARE MAKING THINGS HARDER AND MOVING BACK TECHNOLOGICALLY!!!!
After speaking with an eBay advisor regarding this update, I was informed that you Design the app with buyers only in mind. If this is true you should follow in Etsy’s footsteps and have a sellers app. Also let me remind you, that by making things harder for your sellers, you are automatically making things harder for your buyers. Happy sellers=happy buyers. Sellers who have to use safari on a small phone won’t go the extra mile for their customers.
You are also now policing your sellers so they cannot choose a duration or have their original layout. Smart price should be a one time offer: not on every listing or revision! If people do not want best offer it should not be forced.
Sellers cant even access their account information or use resolution centre through the app. How do you expect sellers to resolve any issues?
please remember without your sellers you would not exist. I know you now have big companies like Argos and your cheap Asian products, but seriously anyone can go onto google shopping and find other ways of accessing the items these sellers sell. Now, your private buyers eBay, they are your bread and butter. They are eBay, without them you have no income. So, whilst you go out of your way for your buyers remember they need sellers to actually buy stuff off. You are losing your niche because you are losing your sellers. Look back at how your company operated from the start and your ethos.
Also, a little transparency would help both your buyers and sellers. Perhaps if busers were informed that my shipping was £0 and ebays GSP charge was £14 for example I wouldn’t have so many people abroad asking me to reduce my postage. Plus you ought to make the buyers aware on the feedback page that eBay and Paypal both take commission from p&p. I get complaints at a £3 p&p cost because it states £2.95 on a postage label. First buyers should be made aware before they are allowed to rate you that p&p means postage and packaging. Where does the bubble, tape and time going to the post office factor in? Add on ebay and PayPal’s commission and I’m permanently short on p&p. If you were honest with buyers there would be more faith.
I honestly don’t know why I bother informing you of your issues when you never bother to resolve them!
