Unable to list items with new version

It keeps saying no internet is available!!

it aloud me to post twice out of maybe 20 tries.

also I hate the suggested listing prices and shipping prices that won’t go away!!!

i just want the last update off my phone and revert back to the older one.

i am on the phone trying to speak with someone from eBay right now. 

This is messing up my day and messing with my bussiness.
