Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I had to change my password because I forgot it. I got the email to update it. I updated it and then went to use the app and it says I signed into a different location than I signed up with. I can’t verify it because I no longer have the phone number...
