Technical issues with new Evay Page

I am having problems with key features missing from the page such as notification bell all the features at the top of the page and the side of the page. I can't add a note to my sold items or delete them once feedback has been received. I have to have 2 pages open at the same time because the features are missing and don't receive notifications. This morning I couldn't find the overview page, had to phone up this morning to get them to help me find it. It's the worse thing Ebay has changed in 4 years, the old page was working perfect with everything to hand on one page. Driving me crazy. Andriod user.

Forgot to mention, I have been phoning Ebay for 2 weeks now and it's still not fixed. My activity, sold, unsold, scheduled and so on have all disappeared. I have wasted more time trying to find things and on the site and Telephoning  Ebay that I am slowly but surely getting sick of it. Had a Customer ask me if I had blocked him, because he couldn't make the purchase, I checked and he was not on the Blocked list. There are so many gremlins on this new page, that Ebay needs to do something quick. Please Ebay switch it back before you loose more Customers Sellers and Buyers.

Any difference if you load the page in a different browser?

 

If so, try clearing cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.

I have to watch the message page as this is the only one that shows the notification bell. 

I have tried clearing everthing, even switching to classic mobile site, which changes, but can't find my Sold page it's gone walkabouts Ebay have talked me through everything and they are puzzled why it won't change. I have spoken to 7 different people at Ebay and none of them have worked it out. After reading all the different problems people are having with this new page, aren't Ebay listening and see there is numerous problems and switch it back to classic version.

Try a different browser. Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account on the correct site.

 

Currently you are signed in to ebay.com and you are posting on the US ebay.com discussion boards.

 

And make sure your eBay app is not set to open eBay browser links in the app. Go to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by Default: Open supported links and select "Don't open links in the app".

 

If you are having problems changing between mobile and classic, try requesting the desktop site version of the page in your browser menu. Links opened in desktop mode in the same tab should stay in desktop mode.

Didn't realise that I was on the .com site, just googled if anybody was having any problems with this new version. I am logged into the UK Ebay and not the American Ebay on my selling page. So answer one question, why can't 7  Ebay members and 2 IT guys sort my problem here in the UK, and what makes you think your idea will work when they can't even sort it out? Do you work for Ebay, and if so can you advise the UK Ebay team as it seems they need help.

why can't 7 Ebay members and 2 IT guys sort my problem here in the UK, and what makes you think your idea will work when they can't even sort it out?

 

I am trying to figure out what problems you are actually experiencing, and if they go away when you use another browser.

 

It is not clear to me whether the problem is with page layout of an updated page and missing links, or whether you are on a different page due to a redirection between classic and mobile versions or redirection to the eBay app, or if you are signed in to a different account or the same account but on a different site.

 

Which browsers have you tried?
