Cha-Ching Sound Not Working

My Cha-Ching sound when I make a sale is not working. It's not working on my new iPhone 14 (or my even my old phone which is an iPhone 7). I've done all of the troubleshooting steps including deleting and reinstalling the app that I've seen in other threads and nothing is working.

Has anybody had any success bringing that sound back?

Did you check your notification setting for ebay within your phone's notification settings?

Yup. Everything is set to on.  It's the weirdest thing

Same thing happened to me.   Still NOT fixed.  Getting tired of this.
