For a while now I have had an issue where the number of orders on my eBay app are incorrect. I've tried unarchiving and archiving listings on both the app and the desktop site, but to no avail. Is anybody able to look into this for me? I'm not sure if others are having this issue, but it's driving me mad and I can't see to find an easy way of contacting eBay about this. I'm on the latest version of the app, and iOS operating system. Thanks in advance, Zachary.

Thanks for replying. Please see the two screenshots here: https://imgur.com/a/qHGZCud
There are 8 orders showing on the front page, but only 5 actually in the app. I can't see any others on the desktop version, either.

I viewed my app and found the overview page showed a lower number than the orders page.
When I went to the website I was able to attribute the difference to canceled orders.
However your situation is showing the opposite: a higher number on overview (8) compared to orders (5).
Your overview says "year to date" total (mine says 90 day total - could be a US / UK difference?).
Go to your orders page and click the "refine" button on the top right - then scroll down - can you see what time period filter is set?

It says "This year"...

And on the web you see 8 orders for 2025? You shipped all 8?

I see the same 5 for 2025… so I have no idea where it’s getting the other 3 from.

Well when I look at your sold history here, I can see 7 items for 2025, but that page is only a 90 day look back, so if you sold anything Jan 1-3 it won't appear on that page.
What do you see on that page that isn't appearing on your list of 5? What makes those orders different? Were any of them unpaid?

Two of those were cancelled. One of the phone holders and the hair dryer.

OK, that's probably the reason for the difference then. The 8 is including canceled orders and the 5 is only showing successful transactions.
Kind of weird how it's the opposite on my account (overview page shows lower number, orders page shows higher number) but that may be a US/UK difference, just like how your default is year to date and mine is 90 days. If you want to know for sure you can ask over on the UK Community forum (this is the US forum), but I think we found the answer.

I still don’t understand why the cancelled ones and any others don’t show in the app. Definitely needs to be assessed by eBay, I think. Thanks for your help.

The app is limited and you're correct - you have to go to the website to see cancelled orders.
If you want eBay to add the option to see cancelled orders on the app I suggest shaking your phone while the app is open then tap the "send feedback" option that pops up. eBay product developers review those reports.

Excellent! I’ll do just that.
