Scheduled listings not showing up

After creating scheduled listings, they're not showing up. After created, It states that the listing is successful but when I go back in to look at them all they're not in the scheduled tab But when I created them it asked if I wanted to make another one and it gives me the option to look into it.  Why aren't they showing up in the app or on the webpage?

You know chance listings are not allowed.

It corrected itself, maybe an update.

Listings that offer an opportunity to win an item by chance or contest are not allowed. This includes mystery items, giveaways, lotteries, sweepstakes, random drawings, raffles, and contests.

Listings that offer grab bags, "Box Breaks", or similar products must identify all the contents. Please note:

• It isn't necessary to specify the number, quality, or condition of each individual item in the contents 
• Singling out any individual item with significant monetary or collectible value that “may” be included in the contents is not allowed

I am having the same problem. I made some listings and scheduled them three days ago and I cannot find them. Not showing under scheduled listings but says there are 8 in there.

Hi @kre8ivone2! I can see them in your account on the website. Do you see them there? If so, what version of the app do you happen to be on? We're on 6.42.0 and I'm wondering if you may be on an older version.

I am on my computer using my browser over the internet. The link is bad. If you ago to my seller hub and on the left side middle click on scheduled where it shows 8 it takes you to a link with nothing. If I click on scheduled under the listings tab on other pages it takes me there. So for some reason the scheduled link on the seller hub has a problem. Thank you for the note!

It’s an eBay problem.  Click on the scheduled listing link in the “listings” box. When the blank page displays, click on the scheduled link on the left side of the page and you will see them.

We've pushed through another update. We're now on 6.43.0. Will anyone experiencing this ensure they're up to date and then let us know if this is still an issue? Thanks!

Hi, currently scheduled a listing and can only access on desktop…cannot see any scheduled listing info anywhere on IOS app.  When I tap on selling it goes to all my drafts but nothing is listed as scheduled.  EBay version 6.89.0.3611

I scheduled my listings to go up at 7 pm but they didn’t list. I went back to check and now they say they will be listed at 10 pm. I did not make changes to the timeline. What has happened?

Listings start at Pacific Time. If you are on the East Coast any item you schedule for 7pm will start at that time on the West Coast but not until 10pm on the East Coast.
