I set the reprice switch on but when I use the template it is off. Any ideas about how to get this to stay on?

I swear that I received a message to delay an order until September 2. Buyer says he didn’t send a message. Now I can’t find it in my inbox or on the eBay messages. Has anyone else received a phantom message?

I don’t really have a problem. I am just curious as to how eBay processes our packages. I pack my orders with extra care under the assumption that eBay just slaps a new label on and sends it on its merry way. Am I correct?
