1-I've tried sending an email to the android support email on the google play store, just to get an automated message about the mailer not being monitored.

Why list an email if it's no longer in use?
2-I've noticed that your android app on google playstore isn't listing any change log and mentions just generic messages about "bug fixes".
However, this goes against professional app development.
And as a user of your app, i require to know exactly what you are forcing me to get into in every update.
Where can i find the change log of each version you are pushing out there.
Otherwise, stop this lazy play store publishing and mention what was changed.
We have the right to know!
