Could they please discuss combined shipping the phone app is horrible and all I do is answer questions on the subject daily costing me time that is e-bay's fault. Please fix the phone app to allow customers to ask for an invoice from their cart like they can on a computer. I have asked for almost 2 years now and nothing is getting done and it is frustrating. Please explain on the site how combined shipping works so I don't have to every day. This should be your #1 priority I am losing customers just because they cannot figure it out costing both of us money. Please respond letting me know you are working on it. Thank you.
