Purchase history doesn’t load

I’ve been using the eBay app on my iPhone for years without any problems. Now starting a few days ago the purchase history won’t load. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, deleting the app and redownloading it, updating the system, etc. nothing works.

I have the same problem here in Finland. It says only: MybExpSvcErrorDomain.1015

The same problem on the web. No purchases shown.

Same here. Mine started about one hour ago. I can't see Purchase History at this moment.

I’ve been having the same issue on my iOS 11 Pro it’s the most frustrating thing ever makes me not want to use eBay at all but I’m kind of forced to cause the only thing that I found to make it work it’s because I have over 500 purchases in the last 12 months I have to go through and delete hundreds of purchases for it to load correctly here’s what it looks like when I reach 500! 

It’s hard for me to understand why a company that’s got so much money can’t figure out how to solve something so simple with her mobile app

Thanks for reaching out here. We are looking into these purchase history errors. The mobile website should allow you to se these purchases if you have anything you urgently need to check.
