Paid Ship Now Notification APP

Had a item I sold and I ended up having to refund the buyer it as it was not in stock.  Notification still shows up on my Home Screen on app to ship the item.  Please help remove it.

Did you cancel the order as out of stock or just refund the buyer?

You need to cancel the order on Ebay.

It should ask if you want to refund, click yes.

As long as you refunded through the original transaction, there won't be anything left to refund, so they won't get two refunds.

I deleted the transaction after I did a refund so nothing to cancel out.   Pop up still shows on my app home page.  I think eBay needs to step. I saw on other posts they had to do something on the backend.
