Not getting the "cha Ching" notification sound anymore

Last few times I've sold something I've only saw the red visual notification in messages but did not get the cha Ching sound!  Anyone know how to fix this please?!

Mine disappeared for a while as well.  A lot of things that I had checked off were suddenly not checked off.  I think there may be a problem with the App itself as I have seen other complaints of the same on this forum.   You can always write up a ticket.  Go to this link:

Mine went away months ago and nothing has reactivated it. I chose another, very distinctive, notification. Even the DH knows it - he hollers when he hears it "IT'S ANOTHER SALE!" lol.

Restart your phone...it will work.

Don't become Pavlov's dog, keep the notification sound off permanently.  Just have a regular work schedule where you keep track of and ship sales.
