I've had two different buyers want to purchase an item but both are getting a message I don't ship to the UK.I have no exclusions and can't figure out what the problem is. I am so frustrated as is the buyer.Any ideas appreciated please!!

Anyone experience this and know what could be happening? Buyer is in London and I double checked my policies and don't have any international exclusions set.
