Marking an item i’ve purchased as ‘received’

A seller needs me to mark an item i picked up from them as ‘received’, but there is no option. On the app and full website, under your purchased item, there is no option of ticking it off as ‘received’. So it just looks like an item that was never delivered. Is there a way i can do it??

There is no way to do that. You can leave them Positive if you are happy with the transaction, this might help them get their money.

Cheers, thanks for that. It’s not about them getting their money, it’s (and i understand completely) the transaction looks like i didn’t pick it up, and it’s a concern for them because i could easily say i didn’t get the item. The only thing i can do is message them via Ebay and state ‘i received it’, and mention in the feedback ‘item received’, to reassure them.
