I have an iPhone 7+ and also an Samsung s7 edge, both is NOT working and is requiring an update that I can’t download and install, my phone is up to date on their manufacturing system!!!

please can you reply to me ASAP??

- Requires iOS 17 or later, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you have iOS 15 or Android 9 and cannot update to a compatible OS, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

There’s no iOS 17 update available on Apple Store for my iPhone 7+ , Apple Store says that my iPhone system is up to date already!!!!

also, there’s no update available on “play store  “ for my Samsung galaxy s7+, play store says that my Samsung galaxy s7+ is up to date already also!!!!

so, I don’t know what’s happened, because both of my phones was working well, then both of my phones stopped working at same time last week!!!

please reply to me asap!!!

If you have iOS 16 there should be a version of the eBay app available using the update link above.

Or else use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead of the app. You may have to either delete the eBay app or else tap and hold an eBay link in your browser and choose "Don't open in the app" to prevent eBay browser links from automatically opening in the app.

I had an I-Phone 7 and recently cracked the screen.  The tech at the Apple store told me that although I could still use my phone that shortly I would no longer be able to receive the updates.  That is exactly what happened.  Had to get a new phone.

As mentioned @venturinitelebr , the bold text in my above post applies to you since your phone cannot upgrade the OS.
