Ebay app not working

IPhone 7 Plus . Ebay app isn’t working . And can’t be installed

So it’s not just me then. So frustrating atm. eBay is my happy place.

I’m not having any trouble 7P. Try restarting your phone and then install the app.

- uninstall app

- Restart device

- Reinstall the app

Sorry but it looks like you're either kidding or you still don't know what the problem is. The IPad 3 and other older models DO NOT ALLOW to upgrade to a newer IOS (mine is 9....). How do you want to download the app if the app store version is ONLY for IOS 11 and later?

I’m bidding on eBay app. I cannot open my notifications or save to watch. I can’t figure out how to restart. Would I restart the phone or am I missing something?

Will I loose my data in app if I shut down and reinstall?

You will not lose any account data by deleting the eBay app, shutting down and re-installing, but you will need to sign in to your account once you have it installed.

EBay app don’t work since I updated from an older version of the app. It just has the loading wheel spinning. I tried all the delete reinstall reboot, but literally, it worked when it was the older version and now it doesn’t. It’s not my connection it’s the application, I did all the tricks mentioned. It works fine on safari browser , the app should too. Please fix this issue eBay

The removal and reinstall doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried it twice and still have the same problem of no watchlist or purchase list.

I always removed and reloaded twice and that was no fix. Whom ever thought that was a fix was dreaming. Is tech even working on this? I’ve auctions ending and it’s cramping my capacity to even bid on items!
