Ebay App on Android Not giving me notifications!!!!

my Ebay Android  app on my phone has not been giving me notifications  for almost 3 weeks now and Ebay has still not fixed it or reaches out to me to help me fix this. this is what kinda costumer  service  we get? please fix this. not having notifications is bad. I can't see when I sold something

I should not have to turn my power saver off to make my notifications work. it worked fine before with power safe mode.... and now it's not working. fix it. and make it right. stop being lazy and get it done.

Problem: Not receiving notifications, unable to change notification settings

1. Cleared cache - still not working

2. Checked battery power saver mode - not on, still not working

3. Signed out and signed back in - still not working

4. Uninstalled, restarted phone, re-installed, signed in - Notifications can now be set
