I've been listing on the mobile ap for years. Suddenly it won't let me select a shipping service. So I have to save as a draft. Go to the computer to complete my listings. This is very time consuming. Is there a fix?

This same thing is happening to me as well. It started 2 days ago. I can not select a shipping service on my app and have to go to the desktop to finish it. This is very frustrating and cost me 34 of my free listings through my starter store due to not being able to stream line the listing process. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

That's not the problem, I have business policies in place and it's still happening. When listing on iOS app it doesn't even give you a choice to pick a business shipping policy anyway 🤷 it never has. Soooooo, that's not the problem.

Please read through the business policies FAQ as it sounds like you might not have all the default options set up yet.
