That's not the problem, I have business policies in place and it's still
happening. When listing on iOS app it doesn't even give you a choice to
pick a business shipping policy anyway 路 it never has. Soooooo, that's
not the problem.
I totally agree with everything you said - It also sucks when they
initiate a return and send back an empty box (so the tracking shows i
received it) -- one time I got a USED gross dirty towel instead of the
item I sent them. It is....for this reason...
