The app is not letting me add postage preferences to new listings its seems as though its locked and when i add a postage cost id vanishes a few seconds later
listings have to be saved as a draft and finished on a computer, any suggestions?
i have deleted and re installed, logged in and out of the app

I can confirm that this is happening to me as well. So, I too , am finalizing and listing on the computer.

I’m having the same problem. I tried going into selling preferences and just filling in anything in order to get the different items to change to “specified” but no matter what I choose, certain things still show “unspecified”. I have no idea what it wants.

Before recent app update... I could see the actual shipping options (NOT my shipping policies that keep generating on their own each time you make a change). AND now I can no longer add a 2nd shipping option for buyers to choose from if it's a heavier item. Wonder WHY eBay insists on changing things that work almost perfectly?

Thanks for all the posts. Please read the FAQ about the new business policies in the app. It sounds like you may not have all the defaults setup and so the app is not letting you move further through the listing.
