Can’t open my app

I’m having trouble with my eBay app after upgrading my phone to the iPhone 16 plus, it doesn’t want to login and it seems to crash and the app home page doesn’t load. I deleted the app and reinstalled it still the same and every thing is up to date

What operating system version number and what eBay app version number?

Make sure you have the latest possible version of the eBay app for your operating system.

If you cannot update your operating system to one that supports the eBay app, delete the eBay app and use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.
