Why can’t I sign into my eBay app I can if I go on eBay on the internet but the app won’t have it keeps saying there is a problem try later

What operating system version number and app version number do you have?

Make sure you have the latest possible version of the eBay app for your operating system.

If you cannot update your operating system to one that supports the eBay app, delete the eBay app and use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.
