I have been having issues with posting these last couple of days, sometimes the app will just get stuck buffering on one certain detail or another and not let me finish the listing. Most of the time though I press "List It" and it just sits there and buffers and buffers and never lists. I have made sure my app is updated, Uninstaller and reinstalled, and cleared the cache. Anyone else experiencing this or know of a way to resolve?

So I am wondering if we are all Samsung owners? And even if all of us have S20s? Because I have an S20 I've been having this exact problem for about a week... in many categories and I too have tried everything from changing wifi, mobile data, updating my phone updating my apps clearing memory and uninstalling and reinstalling the eBay app. For some reason it's worse at night and then also for the last 2 days it's been getting to the point where it's every auction or every other auction that I try to load. ... from template, from scratch it doesn't seem to matter. It is horrendous and frustrating perand frustrating. I'm ready I'm redoing pretty much every auction cut and paste super fast then closing and reloading app..now even that isn't working...please help

Every listing ..I have a Samsung galaxy s20 but think it started after they updated the "listing tool" // search tool so we could search for items using pictures (again)... it was every 3rd or 5th now it's every listing. Please help I've tried everything.. It acts like it's a Wi-Fi problem because it loads into infinity either when u try to post or when u change/add upc scan.... it will do this when you go into details and change the UPC ...or when u try to post....it just keeps loading into infinity.. You can tell that's what's gonna happen if you change the shipping and when you back out it won't change on the the main page to reflect the option of shipping that you just changed.. And that's when you know it doesn't matter what you do because it's going to erase 90% of it. Even if you try to save it it won't save it...it won't do anything..it will say saved but when you come back to it what it saved as a draft has erased 90% of your information. I've been doing where I texted myself the body of what I want to say in the listing and I copy and paste from my clipboard because its fastest and Because anything else it's too much of a process and time consuming for it to just be erased again and again and not saved.

It's happening to me as well, loading forever then losing the changes. Reboot it and its OK for a few listings then happens again. Samsung S21, listing in books on WiFi, everything updated. Reinstall didn't work.

I have tried it on 3 different Wifi (mine, my works, and my mom's), as well as on just data with wifi disabled (Mint mobile).... No change.

It's not a Samsung issue, it's not a Pixel issue, it's not an iPhone issue, it's an eBay issue.
eBay, FIX THIS NOW or you're set to lose a huge number of loyal sellers.
The problem is not on our end.

I am having the same issues
Posting in video games
Using scanner to start listing, sell similar, and relist all have the same buffering issues. Sometimes the pictures are not loaded if I save and the same goes for condition descriptions as well.
Using an Android Pixel 3a

Thanks for posting the issue here, and giving us all the extra details.
This should be working better now.

I was on my home network and tried my at&t service. The problem appears to have been resolved for me at least. However I was seeing comments on other platforms regarding people having the same issue and they all were android users.
