App will not load and will not download from App Store

If you are experiencing issues with the app getting stuck on the startup screen please let us know here. Some troubleshooting steps to try are

• Sign out
• Uninstall app
• Restart Device
• Reinstall app

eBay is **bleep** now , sick of deleting, down loading the app only for it to crash again and now won’t load at all . Been going on for months . At least Amazon works

No more restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, repeat every couple of days. I’m out. I encourage others to boycott eBay for real shops and other online buy/sell options like Facebook Marketplace, Amazon etc until eBay release a new version of the app that works. They clearly have zero interest in their customers and this long ongoing unresolved problem proves it.

We are working with Apple on a daily basis with this issue. We have no updates thus far.

Yeah I’m have the stalling on start screen then closing. I have to turn device off and on for it to work. I have iPhone 6s Plus MKUD2X/A IOS 13.2.3 (17B111)

Yes my ebay app opens and is stuck on the start up screen then it closes.  Have deleted and reinstalled it. Have restarted my macjine,but problems keeps coming back after a while

I am so frustrated by this, my app won’t open properly but still sends me notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled probably 4/5 times since the iOS update but I don’t understand why it’s taken over a month to fix, I can’t stand the desktop site and I’m sick and tired of downloading the app only to have it fail again! My saved searches are all muddled up! I’m on it EVERY DAY! you are loosing a lot of business! FIX IT ALREADY PLEASE! I even used *ugh* gumtree the other day! Please fix for your shopaholics!

I have the same problem. Ap didn’t work. I deleted it and now it won’t download from the store. I have turned my phone off and back on and it still won’t load. Seems like this is a significant issue for many and has been occurring for some
time with no resolution. Why is it so hard for eBay to fix? What should
I do?

Every time I go to open the app it does nothing. I keep deleting and installing it is giving me the **bleep**s

The app will not start past the initial ‘eBay’ page. Gets stuck here then shuts down the app.

Me too.
It started with the app crashing on launch. I have deleted and reinstalled from the App Store twice already - over the last few weeks. This was my third attempt at the same, but now I cannot redownload.

I’m giving up. 
haven’t been able to use the app for months properly. I’m not going to restart my iPhone every time I get outbid on an item I’m bidding on. It’s an unnecessary pain in the buttt that shouldn’t be my burden. I’ve never seen a company take so long to fix an issue like this. Funny side note, in the App Store in the info section of the version history it says “your feedback is important to us. Please contact us by tweeting @askebay or visiting www.ebay.com/iOS” that web address leads me to nowhere. It doesn’t work.

Yes I have powered iPhone down. I have reinstalled but won’t load on phone or from app store
