That would appear to be an Atlantic Wave Wire CD Tower, or a competitor's very similar product. Google "Atlantic Wave Wire CD Tower" (including the double quotes) and see what you think.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

I mean I'm sure this isn't right, but it kind of looks like one of those CD/DVD holders that people used to have in their living rooms!

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

It looks pretty flimsy, and subject to toppling over. Could it be part of some display? It almost looks like maybe a skeleton that something light-weight might possibly fit over it.

I am sure it is a metal rack or it could be one of Hunter Bidens early art pieces.  Don't accidently fall on it you could hurt yourself.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

The angle of the photo is a little deceptive. It looks much bigger than a CD tower from the pic. Why do people never provide measurements when they ask for help IDing something?

It looks similar to the wave CD tower but it's missing the finials on top and has a different color base.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

If you can't figure out what the original purpose it you can re-purpose it to be used as a weapon.  Those pointy wires look lethal.  Whatever you do don't run around the house carrying it or you might stab yourself.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

LISTEN TO @itsjustasprain.

That's  a CD rack/tower. I would play Russian roulette with 5 bullets and smile against a different opinion. I owned numerous varieties of these 90s "decor" musts and none were good looking and few were well made. You have a rare relic from 1992. Enjoy.

P.S. If you decide to follow this rabbit down the hole, I recommend pairing it with (after filling it with a truly blackmail-worthy music library) a black lacquer and brass bedroom suit - waterbed, of course. And, if you're feeling really hardcore, a backlit aquarium and hair gel right next to the jergens by the bed. I could go further, but then I have to get specific about the styles of people who were into that stuff, and, well...

Its a cd tower. Listen to the guy.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

You know those finials screw off and most of those things went through a few ill-advised "makeovers" right?

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking? I promise you, if two jewel cases don't sit cozy as bongo jeans and aqua net next to each other, I'll eat a lightbulb.

Re: Can someone help ID and item?

I'm a little late to post but I think that's a towel holder.

Rolled up towels for gym / hot tub / hotel pool use.
