Is it and old address of yours? Make sure your address in Paypal is the same as in EBAY, if they print their own labels for postage at home if they go to Paypal and are printing it from there and it is not the same as EBAY thats how it will come up different.
If it is not an address that you have never used I would say you have been hacked and you need to change your passwords to both on EBAY and Paypal.
