Patience. You only allowed about 10 minutes for someone to respond to you before jumping to the conclusion that Ebay would not share the details with you anywhere.
The answers to your questions are YES. For sellers in MP there will be a tab on their Seller Hub called Payments. Under that tab is the information you ask about.

OK, now what's your story 😄

I have been asking to be invited to sign up for managed payments for months now, I have filled out the request, i have called in, still no invite. Now I see they are inviting sellers based on their activity. I have shut down my sales since April due to paypal closing my account with any explanation. If I dont have a paypal account and not setup with managed payments, I cant sell anything. Its been a real blow to my income since I was doing 1200+ a month in sales. Looks like I will need to go ahead and hire a lawyer to get my Paypal account back. I have heard this has happened to a lot of people and some have gotten a lawyer involved and got it resolved. I need my business back! Anybody else know anything about this?

Once enrolled in Managed Payments you will no longer need a paypal account. Managed Payments will accept Paypal payments, just like Managed payments accepts Google pay and Apple pay and credit cards.
A lot of sellers are not happy with Mananged Payments - read the boards for a lot of examples. One of the main complaints is it takes about a week to finally have the money in your bank account. ALL buyer payments eventually end up in your bank account (not paypal).
If you need your paypal account for other reasons besides selling on ebay - that is a different issue.
As for not yet being enrolled in Managed Payments - ebay is making sellers enroll in Managed Payments. What the schedule is or ebay's criteria to force sellers into MP, I don't know. Supposedly by the end of this year, all sellers will have to use Managed Payments (just a paypal account will no longer be acceptable to sell on ebay).
Not much help, but that is what I know of the process. I believe you just have to wait until ebay says you have to step off of the cliff, I mean, enroll in Managed Payments.

On the MP update page in the Fall Seller Update, there was a link to ask to register to enter MP.

We are a non-profit organization and all of our revenue goes through the PayPal Giving Fund to support our programs. I learned on the user discussion board that organizations like ours are not part of the Managed Payment Program right now. Can you tell us what may be coming in the future for sellers like us that use the Giving Fund?

Epic, holds lasting well over a week to clear to my account. I want out, or get it fixed now. There are ZERO excuses for these processing times, you've had YEARS to get it sorted. You are the talk of the town amongst collectibles sellers, you've rodgered us but good for years, pun intended.
Your reps misled many of us, 24-hour disbursement was what I was told. Lag is upwards of three to four days now just for processing. Awfully tired of playing Charlie Brown to eBay's Lucy. Messing with people's livelihoods is a solid way of finding yourself behind the proverbial 8-Ball. Particularly if you didn't do the due diligence, fully explain the details, and misled your customers (us, the sellers.) Looks like I'll be winding down listings on eBay and concentrating elsewhere. See where I'm going?
GET IT STRAIGHT, I DON'T WORK FOR YOU.

I have not opted in....because I do not want anything but Paypal.
Is this why my sales are dropped, am I getting zero visibility as a Top Seller, Power Seller, Store Owner?
It said I had to do it by July, but I had a great August.
What happens if I do not opt in? Can buyers still pay me with Paypal only?

No one else????

I do not want managed payments and have not opted in. SO am I being blackballed with ZERO visibility as my sales will attest to? How awful, to MAKE me take credit cards. I do not want anything but Paypal. Why? Bc we are in a pandemic and I have trusted Paypal for many years, no glitches, no issues, no payment lag. My sellers have never complained. SO, we are struggling financially and not instead of helping us with a discount or lowering our fees, you are going to hold onto our money longer and make us 'conform". WE LIKE PAYPAL. EBay is now in want of the fees Paypal makes bc sales are down. Well, sales will go down more, bc we, the smaller sellers so not want you to manage our money, there is so little of it. You take PLENTY in fees already, at least with Paypal we have access to MANAGE OUR OWN MONEY.
I am with the rest, we could be parting ways, no problems, other avenues out there, with less fees. If you do not want our business, see how it looks when half the sellers go away.
Sad, disappointed, angry, it sucks, can I retake that survey, bc I have changed how I feel.

Hello @friendsofthefletcherfreelibrary ,
Thanks for your question. If you haven’t received a notification yet, there is no other action required at this time. We are notifying sellers whose current use of features and tools is compatible with managed payments.
When your account is ready to be enabled for managed payments, our Charities team will reach out to provide information about registering and next steps.

Hello @momof4anddog,
Our email communications outline the limitations that are placed on accounts that miss the deadline to register for managed payments. We are not applying measures other than what is outlined in our communications.
We aim to pay sellers as quickly as possible, but are dependent on the credit card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and banks for payout processing and timely funds settlement. That said, we are working to improve our communication on payouts and exploring ways to improve the experience.

Hello @divwido ,
Thank you for your question. Managed payments has built-in reporting functionality that enables sellers to generate reports using data up to seven years from when their account is enabled for managed payments. They can also generate reports that span up to a year at a time.
The information can also be exported in PDF and CSV format.

Hello @lb23cavaliersmvp,
Thank you for your question. We recently had a system issue with some managed payments sellers where orders placed between September 3rd and 7th were in "processing" status longer than normal. This resulted in some payouts being delayed.
We have sent emails to the impacted sellers on 9/9 with additional information.
If you haven't received an email, it is best to contact Customer Service.
