I don't usually sell electronic items but we got a new in the factory sealed box activity tracker. The buyer reported it quit working after a week so we accepted the return. It arrived yesterday without the original extended 1 year battery or the original packaging. Photos are included because I need someone to evaluate the way the battery compartment looks. Does this look like damage that could occur in one week of use? The buyer even commented that she had already had two of the same model and really liked them.
