I purchased a item by mistake i tryed to cancle it 10 mins later. Took 30 minutes and they denied cancel. I was told could not be canceled as it has been processed. It has not shipped or have i got a conformation. Person is totaly ignoring me. I told them not to ship as my shipping and billing addresses do not match. This is a pricey item that i do not need. Also i do not have a month to wait around on a large amount of money because the person does not want to pay paypal fees or try and charge me a restocking fee. need help asap

The biggest problem this person is a drop shipper.

Did you pay for it?

yes it has been paid for. the seller will not respond. i sent atleast 10 messages yesterday. i repeatedly said not to ship. i have not got a response. i dont have months to wait around. they say they ship same day and there has been no shipping done it has now been 26 hours since purchase.

If it doesn't arrive by the estimated shipping date, open an INR case.
It won't give you an instant refund, but will get your money back eventually.
If they finally ship, and it is Not as Described (same-day shipping), then open an INAD claim.

TRy putting in an address change at the PO from the old address to the new one.
These drop shipper sometime do work very quickly.....and it just may be impossible to stop the mailing......

If the seller is s drop shipper he may not have a way to cancel.

it clearly states in thier selling policy that addresses need to match. i notified them of this right away. it has now been over 24 hours and i can get no response from this person. they have no negatives but thier customer service really sucks. its not my fault if they are a drop shipper

Why did you buy an item that you don't want with an address where you don't live?

i had the item on my screen then stuck it in my pocket and it got bought. i did not close out my phones screen. dont ask me how it happened it just did

Completing a purchase on eBay is not a one-step process. From the item listing, a buyer must either (1) put an item in their cart, then go from their cart to a checkout screen, and then click a "Confirm & pay" button; or, (2) use the "Buy It Now" option, which has similar steps.
Your phone managed to execute all of those steps while it was in your pocket?
At any rate, as a seller yourself, I'm sure you're aware that sellers are not obligated to cancel a listing. Period.

"it clearly states in thier selling policy that addresses need to match" I'm not sure what this means. Has to match what? Sellers do not have access to credit card info such as billing addresses. There is only one address, the shipping address provided verbatim.

well its not being shipped to my shipping address onfile so i dont know what is going on.
