scammers

I am a buyer on eBay. I have been scammed 3 times is about a month.

The scammers know how to work the Ebay dispute process to get away with it.

  1. I ordered 48 bolts from nagashun-0.  02-12970-63011 They sent 6.   I asked them to send the other
  1. In the meantime I used the 6 bolts on my project.  When they responded

They said I could return  the 6 for a refund. I couldn’t because I used the 6.

I asked them to refund the cost the of the 42. They would only accept a return.

I went thru the ebay dispute process and lost because they offered a return.

This was a scam.  That same ad is still on ebay.  Even if you leave them a bad review

They dispute it and win because they offered a return. So these guys got completely away with

            This.

  1.   I ordered another 48 bolts from another seller tadaham.  27-13261-80573 The same ad different seller. The shipping

Was slow but I eventually received tracking. (But the tracking on ebay does not show the destination address)

I get a delivery notice but the package is not there. I file a complaint

With ebay.  Then I went to the post office with tracking number and the post master said it was mail fraud.

The tracking number was not for me. He gave me a signed letter saying it was mail fraud.

I called ebay and explained what had happened and offered to send a copy of the letter. They did not want it.

I called 2 days later, went thru the same discussion, same results, they said I had to wait another day.

That night they resolved the issue in the sellers favor because they provided tracking! The next day I called

Ebay and they said “the system resolved the complaint  because they had tracking”!..  2 phone calls and they did

Nothing.  When I appealed I was able to upload the letter.  After a 3rd phone call they finally they resolved in my favor, but if I had not gone

to the postmaster I would have lost because they had tracking, bogus tracking, but ebay can’t see that.

These guys are playing Ebay like a piano. And have you ever tried to contact ebay by phone?  The place is like

Fort Knox.   They seem to be trying to discourage contact.

  1.   Last week I bought 6 carabiners from Sellbrand. 06-13287-42806 The pic in the ad had a picture of the a guys holding one and it was the size of his hand.

When they arrived they were half that size. I contacted the seller and guess what. They will only accept a return. HERE WE
GO AGAIN!..   They have a deceptive ad, and if I return it they get away with it. If I don’t and file a complaint they win

Because they offered a return. And if I give them a bad review they win because they will appeal because they offered to return

And the bad review will be removed maintaining their near perfect rating.. They do this knowing a large percentage of victims  will not bother.

Since they were half the size they should have to refund half the money. That would put and end to scammers like this.

Sadly, you did everything wrong using these processes.

Hopefully now YOU know how to use them (and read the 30 Day Money Back Gaurantee)

All systems, entities have processes.

Short shipped? Don't use them as you should of opened a 'not as described' which would force the seller to give you a return shipping label (they pay for it) and if they deduct 'up to 50%' (something some sellers can do, then you call and you will be made whole)

Didn't receive but tracking says you did?- you can appeal the first result and send in your letter. Do NOT call someone. It's all done online. The call centers are subcontractors that have the ability to do nothing and little knowledge.

Sorry, but no. That story doesn't hold up.

In the picture in the ad, the guy is holding the carabiner in his fingers. It's nowhere near as big as his hand. Another picture gives the measurements: 2.25 inches long. Are you saying your hand is only 2 1/4 inches long? or wide? (The pictures in this ad have never been changed or revised.)

One hand is a measurement equal to 4 inches; approximately the width of the palm of a man's hand.

This picture is from your negative feedback. This looks about right to be 2 1/4 inches long. Looks like the same size as the one shown above.

You use your money back guarantee, open a return, choose Item not as described. They pay return postage and have to refund you after they get the item back. You can at least do that for the carabiners. For the mail fraud, contact ebay on facebook or instagram and include a copy of the letter from the post office. The call center people are worse than useless.
