ebay banned me for using a mail forwarding company

the seller didn't ship the item and I can't get a refund, they told me you have to get unbanned then we give you your money, makes no sense,  I bought a mixed reality headset for 100 dollars plus 22 dollars for shipping, he is still selling it under a different item number

Ebay said you had to get unbanned?? I think we are missing part of the story here, like the middle part.

they straight up said to me you need to unsuspend yourself then we will help you

then they are like, oh snap, your suspended permanently so bye bye

What was ebay's reason for the suspension? 

Another question, did the seller offer international shipping?

he did offer, but the forwarding company I use is very cheap, 11$ for 1 kilo

I use Express Line Services located in Kyrgyzstan.

they didn't give any reason, it was first time I used mail forwarding comapany's address on ebay

I had this account since 2019, and it was my first and last purchase

I mostly use amazon

And ... there is you problem. You want to cut corners using an outside company to save some $$ 

I have a lot of buyers who use these shipping forward companies when I offer international shipping. You as the buyer would be covered under ebay's MBG if something was wrong. But people choose to cut that out and take matters in their own hands and get burned.

You still have not answered what is the reason ebay suspended you?

@m2324_7 I find it hard to believe ebay is holding money hostage because you used a mail forwarding service. I would think the seller reported you and ebay did something? Because ebay wouldn't act without a good reason.

Also could you copy and paste the notification you got from ebay that says this (excluding identifying info)

You need to post your "Suspension" message/email.
