eBay has become as bad as craigslist!

I used to like shopping on eBay but not anymore!

There are too many bait and switch sellers, too many scams and TOO LITTLE BEING DONE BY EBAY TO STOP IT FROM HAPPENING!!!!

TOO HARD TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE FROM EBAY TO HELP FIX A SITUATION!!!

I'll take my business elsewhere!

Regardless,  as buyers purchasing on ANY and EVERY online platform, we must complete due diligence on vetting every seller we intend to purchase from.

I too have noticed all the bait and switch listings.  Rather than just sitting and being ticked off I decided to try to make a change about it by contacting ebay.   I was told they would look into the matter but the results would not be shared with me.  I let a couple of weeks go by then went to  look at the sellers listings again.  Result...not a thing has changed.  Seller is still listing there items using bait and switch tactics.  So it seems trying to make a difference when a person sees something not just wrong but downright illegal and try's to do something about it does not matter to the powers that be here at ebay.  There are more sellers than ever using bait and switch tactics
