When I look at the item from my watch list the color is red. When I look at it in the bids/offers page it is green. It also says im winning the bid, as im the only one so far who has bid. Is there seomething I'm doing wrong, or is it just a glitch I can ignore?

That happens to me all the time. It is a glitch that has been around for years. You are still the highest bidder if it shows green on the bid page.

Is there a reserve price? The bids below the reserve show in red.

My current bid is the starting price, if that's what you mean

A starting price is not the reserve price, that is usually hidden.

Are you on the website or on a mobile app? The latter has many problems (IMO should NOT be used for bidding or buying, when you find something to buy switch to a good browser in destop mode or better on a real computer), including reporting status incorrectly.
Red when you are the highest bidder should mean the item is "Reserve not met"

In Bidding List: Current bid price in Green if your leading - Red if outbid.
In Watch List : Current bid price [an item that has been bid on by you, win or not] is always Red.
It's been this way for some time now. Wasn't always like this. @rilejor_0
Yes, it does seem 'wrong' in terms of information. [read on below why it can be wrong]
Nothing to do with you or your browser [on a PC or laptop] Can't answer for iPads and the like... I don't use em nor phones < ever.
You need to be aware of the psychological tricks used in this auction format and the use of colour like that.
The Red colour has 'emotive' qualities - it provokes 'urgency' and screams attention now! to entice you into bidding again ASAP. It also suggest you are 'wrong'.... just like the teacher who marked you exam papers.
It's a ploy to 'hurry up' and it encourages bidding wars that increase the price bidders can end up paying if they 'win'. < that 'win' can be a loss if paying too much.
This ploy works especially well when people get an inappropriate 'ownership' to an item after they hold a 'winning' bid. This is where you can go very wrong and it can cost you more than you figured you wanted to spend while 'defending what you own' if in that deluded mindset.
Avoid doing wrong by placing 1 bid only on anything... either very early during the listing OR in the last seconds.
Figure out the maximum you want to pay and stick to that.
Don't be seduced by a riot colour flashed in your face, intended to suck more from your wallet.
