eBay is playing with display of ended listings.  For the past few days I have had to click on a small link in the page displaying a current item ("The listing has ended but here's something you didn't ask for") to get the actual listing I was looking for.  Today I don't, at least on a couple I looked at.

EBay knows what's best for you and has decided you should be looking at current listings that you can be buying, which could result in more profit for ebay.

I mainly sell, but also do some buying on eBay, and I think this change is going to end up misleading a lot of potential buyers, and make them feel frustrated or even angry when looking for photos of specific sold items. I've already had someone who looked at one of my sold items get redirected to a so-called similar active item offered by another seller and thought it was one of mine.  I try hard to provide well-lit, nicely-composed photos of my vintage clothing on an attractive mannequin.  But now a potential buyer may click on the thumbnail photo of one of my sold items and see a poorly-lit, non-similar vintage dress that's photographed laying on the floor, or on a mannequin with broken arms or no hands, and wonder why the quality of my photos is so inconsistent and maybe be hesitant to buy from me. I'm not trying to disparage other sellers because I know that many vintage clothing items with not the best photos sell for much more than some of my items with nice photos (so photos don't always affect the sale price). I just think that when a potential buyer makes a conscious decision to look at all the photos of one of my sold items, they shouldn't be redirected to some other seller's active listing that most likely will not be similar to my sold item.  As an example, I looked at one of my saved seller's sold dresses and when I clicked on the thumbnail photo of a 70s Grecian-style maxi dress, I was redirected to a "groovy psychedelic hippie crop top." I called eBay customer service to complain, and they said they're still in the process of rolling out this change, but by the end of August they expect to have all sold items converted to the new system.  If you think this is unfair to buyers and sellers, please let eBay know.

Bad decision by ebay.  Buyers want to know final selling prices for future bid purposes.  Another change that does not benefit the buyers.
